Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic financial planning: Build business cases, conduct scenario analyses, and plan cash flows to support long-term strategic growth.
- Monthly financial reporting: Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly investor reports, including key performance metrics and clear explanatory narratives.
- Commercial steering: Analyze sales performance and campaign results, deriving actionable insights to support the marketing team in optimizing strategies.
- Sales forecasting: Develop monthly sales forecasts to guide operational planning and track performance deviations proactively.
- OPEX controlling and budgets: Monitor operational expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Accounting support: Collaborate with the accounting team on month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- ESG initiatives: Calculate the company’s carbon footprint, evaluate carbon offsetting projects, and oversee social responsibility activities.
- Business Intelligence (BI-tool maintenance): Maintain and improve Tableau dashboards while supporting basic data reporting tasks in collaboration with the data analytics engineer.
