Design what people see, touch - and what makes them buy.
We’re looking for a mid to senior level designer to own and elevate everything we bring into the physical world - from retail to packaging - while understanding how design drives conversion in D2C. This is not a pure execution role. This is for someone who combines concept, craft and commercial thinking - and knows how to bring ideas flawlessly into reality.
What you’ll do
Design and develop retail & POS materials — from shelf displays and in-store elements to larger retail concepts
Design and evolve packaging for new launches and extensions, balancing brand consistency with fresh ideas
Translate concepts into production-ready artwork (final artwork / prepress) with absolute precision
Prepare and manage print files, working closely with suppliers and printers to ensure flawless execution
Create 3D visualisations / mockups to bring retail concepts and displays to life
Occasionally contribute to campaigns, activations and broader brand touchpoints
