You will play a key role in the Retail team, supporting the growth and performance of our B2B business across channels. You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure excellent execution in daily operations while gradually taking on more responsibility in driving account performance and retail initiatives. This role offers a steep learning curve at the intersection of commercial, product, and operational topics.
Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the management of B2B accounts, contributing to their performance and growth across offline & online channels.
Managing and processing B2B orders, ensuring smooth and timely fulfillment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and reliability.
Optimizing order management and operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and helping to improve scalability with support of AI.
Supporting the monitoring and optimization of key retail KPIs (e.g. sell-out, stock levels, availability), helping to identify improvement opportunities.
Owning retail launches: preparation, coordination, and execution across sell-in, materials, and internal alignment.
Assisting in ensuring strong brand presence at POS, supporting initiatives around merchandising, materials, and in-store execution.
Working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Product, Operations) to support execution of retail and growth initiatives.
Preparing analyses, reports, and presentations to support data-driven decision making within the team.
Taking ownership of smaller projects over time, driving them independently with a hands-on mindset.
